I hate being 'it' in Tag

Okay guys, I'm drunk, I'm vulnerable, Chicago lost the Superbowl... let's do a post to reveal my crazy secrets...

1. Each player of this game starts with the “6 weird things about you”.

2. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 6 weird things as well as state this rule clearly.

3. At the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave a comment that says “you are tagged” in their comments and tell them to read your blog.

Weird thing #1:
All the guys I am attracted to are less into sex than I am. Great.

Weird thing #2:
I used to be neat freak, and even though I still feel like a neat freak at heart, I am pretty messy most of the time. (although maybe by "pretty messy," I mean not OCD... hmm)

Weird thing #3:
People think that I'm bitchy or rude because of the way I act, which they describe as "confident," whereas I am often extremely self-conscious. So... I accidentally come off as a bitch (hence my blog title)

Weird thing #4:
I hated (American) football until I learned about it this January. Now I love it. Call me a hypocrite, or just accept me as cool because now I'm one of the elite class of women who's into football.

Weird thing #5:
Much as I hate the gender stereotypes, I have to know that the relationship is "going somewhere" before I let a man touch me below the belt. Even though I feel like a prude for doing so. And am really really horny.

Weird thing #6:
Often, I think I'm more popular on my blog than I am in real life. I know that may sound sad, but in some ways it's very rewarding: I am a writer, and y'all don't know me, so it's even more of a compliment that you stick around. Sometimes when I feel like no one likes me, I remember how rewarding my blog is and it makes me feel better. Um... wow lame... forget that one.

Yeah I'm really drunk. Really. Mmmm... vanilla vodka. Who wants to make out?

The 6 I'll tag are the top 6 commenters on my last post (good job, guys!!):
1. Wanderlusting
2. GrewUpRural
3. The Ambiguous Blob
4. S (aka dropout)
5. Strange bird
6. monicker

Hah! That'll teach you not to comment first anytime soon!

Ah crap. I'm never commenting again, I swear I- oh crap again.

Anyhoo, I'll get to it, don't you worry even though I just did 5 random things last week but hey theres a lot of weird things about me so it should be too hard.

As for your list, I can totally related to some of it.

A) I too am very self-conscious and shy at times so in the past anyway, I've been tagged as a "snob" when I'm not (I HATE snobs).

and

B) re; your last one. I've also been known to be a horny prude. But even though people have actually looked down on me for being more picky than most, I still think it's a good thind. To each his own.

I always want to make out.
And now... I must think of weird things about me. Hmmm. Shouldn't be too rough.

Just stumbled onto your blog and from what I've read so far ... you officially got another fan. I too sometimes say things that make me sound like a bitch... but I like to refer to those times as putting my foot in my mouth so much that I taste my knee...

Thankfully, I was not tagged. i couldnt possibly pick *just six* weird things. I guess i couldve picked the top six, or the top six in a certain catagory. Anyway it goes tho, you'd leave manhattan for fear of bumping into me on the streets !

I know I'm much more popular on my blog than real life. I'm also more handsome and "larger."

I relate to several of them, including the bitchy thing.

OK, first of all? You are the least messy person I know. That's not hard, considering the people I know, but still.

And I totally agree with #5. I would never let a stranger do me. (Heh. GET IT?)

On #6-I like you better in real life (and not just for the ass), and I'm the only person who matters.

If your personality matches your online persona in real life, I'm sure that is an oversight. I mean, it's much easier for 14 random people to type out compliments to you than it would be for 14 people you see to your face tell you how great you are.

That's no fault of your own, that's just the world. We're shy in person. The Internet has done that to us.

I feel the same way regarding the blog world. When the real friends aren't around, a lot of the time, my blogger ones are.. however, I've been visited and befriended 2 of those and another is a friend from high school who found me - so it can happen they can become friends of the real sort, which I really like. And I somehow digressed there.. Also, assertive women are often seen as bitchy. If we were men, we'd always be labled as confident. But there is a way to convey yourself and I'm trying to change that and be assertive while at the same time being kind yet firm. It's possible.. I know it is.

wanderlusting - Being picky is a good thing. Who wants to wade through the crap?

the ambiguous blob - Hmm, I'm intrigued.

wombat - Yay!

bittersweet confusion - Sweet, I love official fans! Cool phrase, though I'm probably too lazy to use it (it's long!)

the very - Not knowing is somehow worse, now that you've set yourself up to be crazy.

seabelly - Um... sure?

grant miller - So you're "smaller" in real life? heh... get it?

eileen dover - Well I'm glad my blog unites bitches all over!

dropout - What about my ex-roommate? And... thanks for the compliment, I think (#6)

c'est la vie!! - One day, I'll do the last 6 commenters and you'll be in trouble.

crystall - I don't know if my real life and online persona are the same; it's not like I share every thought with you guys. I give you carefully thought-out stories. But... I'll try to think of it the way you suggest.

miss devylish - It may be possible, but then I'm sure other people will start hating you for different reasons. Lesson? There is no winning.

When you think about it, does anybody really know your ex-roommate? Or really know what time it is? Does anybody really care? About time? If so, I can't imagine why. We've all got time enough to cry.
